Marsha Hubler is the author of Keystone Stables a juvenile
fiction series that features Skye Nicholson, a troubled teenager who has found
herself face to face with her destiny -- Chesterfield Detention Center. Skye
showed only contempt for the judge, the situation, and herself. What she hadn't
seen in the equation was another set of foster parents. Instead of the detention
center, the delinquent finds herself placed in a Christian treatment center
filled with tough love, strict rules, and horses. There she uncovers a love
within herself she never knew existed.
There are six books in the series. Although targeted for girls ages 10 to 14, the Keystone Stables series is great for all ages. Published by Zonderkidz.
